About Us
Established in 2017, The Global People Network Development Foundation was first formed as an unofficial self-assistance group to aid the indigenous people in Kenya.
Our commitment to collaborating with neighborhood communities to bring about positive, long-lasting change has led us to cooperate with over 20 self-help organizations, necessitating the organization’s official registration.
Together, the groups decided to register the non-profit in 2024 to continue guiding innovation and community development from the local to the global stage, as well as to improve health, lessen poverty, overcome the challenges posed by climate change, and advance women, girls, men, and boys.
As one Global Community, we strive to save lives, promote equity, and ensure bright futures by bridging the gaps between socioeconomic inclusion, sustainable development, humanitarian aid, and building climate resilience in our communities.
We have organized our work to reflect our values of integrity and accountability, helping us work better together while meeting the highest governance standards.
Our Board of Directors, Advisors, employees, Volunteers, and contractors play a key part in our governance, which aligns with our Code of Conduct.
LEADERSHIP TEAMThe Foundation’s leadership is comprised of a Board of Directors who govern and oversee the Foundation’s operations.
The Board is responsible for setting the Foundation’s mission, strategy, and goals and ensuring that the Foundation operates in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
The Board steers the Foundation towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, legal governance, and financial management policies and ensuring the foundation has adequate resources to advance its mission.
